Overview: We are seeking a Debt Finance attorney to join our Corporate and Finance Department representing lenders and borrowers in a diverse range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate credit facilities, and real estate financings. The position will primarily represent lenders but will also include some representation of borrowers. You will be responsible for drafting transaction documents, negotiating with opposing counsel, and closing transactions in close collaboration with other members of our team.
