The Vice President of Growth is a critical role for Dynata's Marketing team.Reporting directly to the EVP of Marketing, the Vice President of Growth is responsible for driving business growth and revenue across all of Dynata's segments and channels. We seek a highly motivated and proactive individual with experience in developing growth strategies and campaigns designed to fuel revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals. Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey and target audience personas. Lead the strategy and execution of integrated content marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, social media and event marketing Must be skilled in content creation to address buyer's needs at each stage of their journey Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows, from lead sourcing, scoring, and nurturing to lead conversion and customer retention. Work closely with Sales, Products and members of Marketing teams to build cross-functional cohesion. Constantly evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement for future campaigns. Develop and execute a cohesive marketing / campaign plan to drive customer acquisition retention and cross-sell across multiple customer segments globally. Bring new products, programs, promotions, and packages to market to win share, enter new markets, and expand revenue opportunities. Understanding of the market, customer opportunities and competitive intelligence. Apply and evolve customer segmentation strategies. Own the customer journey and optimize the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, websites, etc., based on data-driven insights. Develop and apply a deep understanding of the market, customer opportunities and competitive intelligence. Manages channels and partnership marketing efforts. Develops and executes offers. Develops and executes channel strategy. KPIs and accountability for customer acquisition, product interest, retention, revenue, and win rate. Leads, MQL, Return on Ad Spend.
Who you will work with:
Work with stakeholders across the commercial organization including sales, sales enablement, brand marketing, product in addition to external agencies (media) across several business segments. You will manage product marketing and demand gen roles.
Requirements and skills
10 years experience. BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field. Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday. Proven work experience in growth marketing: product marketing and/or demand gen with demonstrated success. Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across channels and markets. Solid digital experience spanning HubSpot, SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords. Need to be a self-starter, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communications skills. Strong analytical and project management skills. Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.

The base salary range for this position in is $180K-$225K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
