Overview

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Franciscan Olympia Fields, Illinois | Exempt | Salary: $72,800 - $97,988

We are seeking a strategic, high-energy Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Franciscan Olympia Fields, reporting directly to the Regional HR Director. This onsite role provides direct exposure to facility leadership and allows you to partner across the organization to implement HR strategies, support talent initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

This position is ideal for an HR professional with strong critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to manage a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and policy implementation.



Responsibilities

    Support Franciscan Olympia Fields facility operations and HR initiatives, reporting directly to the Regional HR Director.
  • Partner with facility leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Illinois and federal employment laws.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives at the facility.
  • Assist with training, development, and career growth programs for employees.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, programs, and policies.
  • Apply critical thinking and resolution-oriented problem-solving to HR challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to facility leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel


Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.
  2. 4 year's recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
  4. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook
  5. Ability to travel required.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $101,649.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
