Position Summary: The Part Time Appraisal Assistant performs tasks primarily focused on assisting the real estate appraisal and internal real estate valuation functions of the bank.

Essential Functions:



  1. Enter data for in-house residential loan appraisal orders into appraisal management software.
  2. Monitor appraisal management software for status of in-house residential appraisal orders.
  3. Monitor status of wholesale loan appraisal orders in the evaluation and appraisal queue.
  4. Gather data online and from searching internal databases to support report completion for Appraisal Analysts.
  5. Complete database maintenance tasks in the wholesale appraisal queue.
  6. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
  7. Collaborate with Appraisal Analysts in creation of tracking spreadsheets/database for logging comparables on unique property types.
  8. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  9. Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. Complete compliance training: follow internal processes and controls as required
  10. Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with steps defined in bank policies.


Qualifications:



  1. Seeking degree in in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  2. Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

Working Environment:

Indoor work- not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards.

Some sedentary work lifting and/or carrying up to 10 lbs occasionally.

This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines upon completion of onboarding.
