Clinical Business Analyst
The Information Technology (IT) team supports organizational operations through business analysis, project management, application development, reporting, vendor coordination, and software support. The Clinical Business Analyst will collaborate with Clinical and Operations staff to implement, support, and enhance internal applications used for management and quality improvement initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clinical sites and provides on site support, training, and guidance on provider scheduling systems and personnel tracking applications. The analyst will work closely with staff across departments to drive process and system improvements that strengthen quality of care, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. The role also includes participation in requirements analysis and the development of new application systems. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field and two (2) years of progressive, responsible experience in data processing, computer systems, or applications. Option 2: Bachelor's degree in one of the above fields and five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in data processing, computer systems, or applications. | |
