Overview

This career opportunity will cover markets within Central PA to include the Lancaster, Lebanon, York, and Capital markets. Requires flexibility for frequent travel within assigned markets as needed. Additional in-market office locations may be an option depending on space availability. Possible hybrid or remote option within the covered markets.

The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and develop relationships with key decision makers (C Suite) of our commercial customers and influence internal commercial and partner team members to gain referrals. Incumbents will develop, implement, and deliver plans to market FFC Workplace products and services to existing banking clients, specified employer groups or in general within the community, and also partner with internal business development (consumer and commercial sales) regarding broader initiatives.

This position will require frequent travel within the Fulton footprint and assigned geographic region while leveraging technology solutions that enable prospective commercial customers to interact, where, when and how they choose.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement plans to market the Fulton Bank Workplace Banking program to specified groups or in general within the community
  • Engage clients to gain understanding of goals, and objectives, analyze and determine appropriate program elements including in person and remote delivery of the program
  • Build and maintain knowledge and network of suitable employers within a designated region, engage existing and identified commercial clients via referrals, local businesses, employer groups and community organizations, identify and research workplace banking opportunities
  • Determine which FFC products and services will meet determined needs, develop comprehensive solution package including product mix, implementation sequence and timing
  • Engage commercial customer stakeholders to develop and deliver a customized program that meets the individual needs of each commercial customer and their employee base,
  • Deliver programs on site or remotely, including coordination and management of Financial Wellness workshop delivery and presentations to employee groups, by utilizing ongoing touchpoints and client information
  • Negotiate and finalize terms of agreement with client, ensure integration through engagement with local Financial Center and other applicable internal departments, ensure success of product installation and performance
  • Maintain appropriate level of engagement with existing customers, monitor product performance and client satisfaction, identify and execute on relationship growth opportunities


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, or other applicable field. (Required)

Experience

5 or more years banking or financial services. (Required)

5 or more years sales, including presentations and engagements with C-Suite or senior leadership. (Required)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $70,600.00 - $117,700.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
