The Opportunity: The Assistant Director of Compensation leads and manages all aspects of the compensation function, including leading a team of highly consultative compensation partners that provide a full breadth of compensation services to unit HR business centers. The role leads annual Business as Usual (BAU) compensation processes, as well as short- and long-term projects and initiatives. The Assistant Director continuously identifies opportunities to improve existing programs, processes, and offerings, while also developing new, competitive, and best-in-class solutions that support the university's strategic goal of being employer of choice. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,809 - $100,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
