Schedule & Training * Training: Onsite, starting at 9:00 AM EST * Operating Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST * Shifts: Monday-Friday, onsite 8.5hour schedules Compensation * Hourly pay + incentive opportunities * Additional performancebased earning potential What You'll Do * Provide outstanding onecall resolution for client inquiries * Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, and changes * Assist with cancellation saves and autopay setup * Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and inbound lead entries * Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution * Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to team goals What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills (phone + email) * Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fastpaced setting * Positive, professional, and peoplefocused attitude * Eager to learn, grow, and pursue advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
