The Program Management Director will oversee and execute on the multi-year Data Strategy program. This role will initiate, plan, and drive initiatives from concept through actionable execution plans to achieve organizational goals, and will be accountable for business-critical operational and transformation outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Drive and influence large, complex programs comprised of interrelated projects and activities to achieve company goals and strategic vision.
  • Ensure alignment between program and project deliverables and company vision and strategy.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, Chief Data Officer and business leads to define scope, key performance indicators, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead large cross-functional teams delivering complex technology, product, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Own the integrated program plan, schedule, and roadmap, including sequencing, dependencies, and interdependencies.
  • Negotiate for and secure resources across business and technology teams.
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting on roadmap, status, accomplishments, and outcomes.
  • Manage program risks and issues, remove roadblocks, and serve as a first point of escalation for project managers.
  • Ensure stakeholders, business leads, executive sponsors, and governing bodies are informed and that issues are escalated appropriately.
  • Partner with business and change management leads to drive a change adoption strategy.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • PMP certification (PMI) required.
  • 10+ years of program and project management experience with a track record of strong program execution.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and influencing skills to drive program outcomes.
  • Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations to senior management, including objectives, benefits, status, issues, decisions, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, MS Project (or similar project management software), Clarity and Visio.

  • PgMP program management training/certification.
  • Focus group facilitation skills.

Base Salary Range

$125,400.00 - $181,875.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
