About the Hiring Group RTI Health Solutions (RTI-HS), a wholly owned subsidiary of RTI International, is an independent and internationally recognized research organization. We provide healthcare consulting and research expertise to optimize decision making for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device products across the development and marketing lifecycle. We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Negotiator to serve as a trusted legal and business partner supporting global healthcare research and consulting initiatives. In this role, you will help enable high-impact research partnerships while managing contractual risk and protecting RTI's scientific and regulatory commitments. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with researchers, project leaders, and operations teams across the U.S. and internationally, supporting proposal development, contract execution, and project closeout across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device engagements.
