Description and Requirements

Join us at the forefront of AI innovation. We're redefining what's possible with GPU-powered, datacenter-scale infrastructure-and we're looking for a Senior Solution Architect to help lead the charge.

In this high-impact role, you will architect next-generation AI platforms that power cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning workloads across a rapidly growing Cloud Service Provider ecosystem. You'll shape how compute, networking, and storage converge at scale-directly influencing product direction, engineering strategy, and customer success.

If you're energized by solving complex, systems-level challenges and want your work to drive real-world AI breakthroughs, this is where you belong.

What You'll Do

  • Architect end-to-end AI infrastructure solutions at the rack and datacenter level, integrating GPU compute, high-performance networking, and scalable storage
  • Define and implement deployment frameworks, tooling, and methodologies for AI cluster bring-up, performance optimization, and lifecycle management
  • Drive innovation across hardware and software to enhance performance, scalability, manageability, and reliability of AI platforms
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customers to deliver world-class, production-ready AI solutions
  • Influence solution strategy through hands-on design, benchmarking, and real-world customer engagement

What You Bring

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years building and scaling datacenter systems (server, networking, storage, or performance engineering)
  • Strong programming skills (Python, C/C++, Go, or similar) and systems-level thinking
  • Working knowledge of machine learning / deep learning concepts and modern frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain, Autogen)
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver impactful solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience designing and deploying AI infrastructure in production environments
  • Deep understanding of the AI hardware/software stack (GPUs, CPUs, networking, ML runtimes and libraries)
  • Track record of innovation, research, or publications in relevant domains
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams

Why This Role

  • Build at scale: Design infrastructure powering next-gen AI workloads
  • Own impact: Directly influence product direction and customer outcomes
  • Innovate daily: Work on complex challenges at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI
  • Grow fast: Be part of a team shaping the future of AI infrastructure
