CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as an ON-SITE Associate Wealth Advisor, in our Hillsdale location.

JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Wealth Advisor supports Senior Advisors and the Chief Wealth Management Officer in delivering comprehensive Wealth Management services to clients. This role is responsible for assisting with financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio implementation, and impeccable client service. The Associate Wealth Advisor works closely with clients to understand their financial goals, prepares recommendations, and supports the execution of strategies related to investment and retirement planning.

DUTIES
  • Administrates and may invest for Wealth accounts
  • Markets services to new and prospective clients and opens personal wealth accounts
  • Oversees assigned accounts including preparing documents, approving funds distribution, and coordination of communication of administrative changes
  • Interacts with clients, attorneys, and accountants to resolve issues and ensure proper account management
  • Respects and maintains strict confidentiality
  • Maintains regular, on time attendance
  • Remains current in all assigned training and required continuing education
  • Complies with all regulatory requirements
  • Performs other various duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred:
  • CFP or CTFA designation in progress or completed
  • Series 65 or 66 or ability to obtain
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Soring knowledge of financial planning concepts, including investments, retirement planning, tax planning, insurance, and estate planning
  • Ability to analyze portfolios, prepare recommendations, and assist with investment implementation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • This position is an on-site position located in our Hillsdale Wealth Management office, requiring occasional travel.
