Required Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree or higher from accredited degree program and minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; recommended majors include, but not limited to Liberal Arts, Communication, Marketing, Sociology, Public Affairs, Social Outreach, or similar degree program
* Passion for community-based programs with current or past volunteerism or other community experience
* Program management expertise, conduct research, and able to develop and implement programs and processes
* Industry knowledge (e.g. construction, workforce development, supplier diversity)
* Influential relationship building skills, able to lead and influence others that are not direct reports
* Effective professional verbal and written business communication skills
Other Qualifications:
* Display initiative, able to prioritize responsibilities of competing demands, and able to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work in non-structured environment, with minimal oversight, take direction without continuous follow-up, and work with multiple project teams
* Understand continuous improvement methods and tools
* Possess solid problem solving and analytical capabilities, familiar with basic lean culture and concepts
* Proficient computer skills, Microsoft suite of applications, intermediate MS Excel skills, database applications, calendar program skills, and collaboration technology
* Minimal travel
