As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and provide customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access at gates and/or entrances, verify identification and shipping documentation as required, and maintain visitor and driver logs per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, yard areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help to identify unusual conditions, unsecured doors, and operational hazards, and report findings.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed, and completing required reports.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by observing dock activity for compliance with site rules, assisting with driver directions and staging areas, and documenting security-related incidents and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
