As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access in Pryor, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor key areas, conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor check-in. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide helpful customer service to associates and drivers. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, yards, trailer rows, loading docks, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify irregular conditions.
- Monitor inbound and outbound traffic patterns for employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying access credentials and directing individuals to proper check-in locations per site procedures.
- Perform vehicle and pedestrian access control tasks as assigned, including checking identification, documenting entries and exits, and communicating exceptions to site leadership.
- Complete routine security-related inspections of doors, gates, dock positions, and fence lines, noting unsecured or malfunctioning conditions and escalating for corrective action.
- Assist with loss prevention support by observing for shrink indicators such as unauthorized movement of product, package tampering, and unusual after-hours activity, and reporting findings per policy.
- Operate site systems as assigned such as radios, telephones, key control processes, visitor logs, and badge processes, maintaining accurate records and chain of custody when required.
- Document patrols, incidents, and service requests in written and/or electronic reports, including times, locations, and actions taken.
- Coordinate with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and local responders as needed during alarms, medical events, fires, or other emergencies, following established response protocols.
Minimum Requirements: - Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
