Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, assists in monitoring, coordinating and assisting the work of housekeeping personnel in the performance of housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services by performing the following duties.

Competencies and skills:
Essential:
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
* Ability to handle busy dining room environment; may be required to operate dietary food cart; must be able to handle many demands at one time.

Credentials:

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* 1 year certificate from college or technical school
