Responsibilities

The Advisor Experience Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing advisor satisfaction and operational efficiency by optimizing technology platforms, improving workflows, and driving adoption of tools and processes. This position partners with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, implement solutions, and deliver training that empowers advisors to succeed.

Technology & Systems Optimization

    Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve advisor-reported system issues.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of tools, portals, and platform updates to ensure alignment with advisor workflows and operational needs.

Advisor Support & Operational Improvements

  • Analyze frequently asked questions and advisor feedback to identify recurring challenges.
  • Partner with ASM teams to design standardized resources that reduce repetitive support inquiries.
  • Propose solutions to improve system adoption and onboarding for advisors who have not migrated.
  • Address recurring supplier issues, including IATA recognition, and strengthen commission processes.
  • Identify gaps between workflows and cross-department processes that lead to misrouted or unclaimed commissions.
  • Assist Advisors with their specific business workflows to enhance their business operations

Training & Development Initiatives

  • Develop clear guidelines for advisors on booking air and navigating platforms.
  • Work with Learning and Development to create training modules on platform navigation, workflow improvement, commission best practices, and prevention of unclaimed commissions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Advisor facing operations, advisor support, or technology enablement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and familiarity with travel industry systems preferred.
  • Committed to improving advisor experience and operational efficiency.
