Learning Platforms Producer (Contractor) This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Santa Clara Valley, California. Summary This role supports a global learning and development organization by maintaining an existing learning platform while leading the project execution for the migration and rollout of a new Learning Management System (LMS). The position plays a critical role in ensuring platform stability, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting large-scale learning experiences for a global retail audience. Job Description In this role, you will support both the operational maintenance of an existing learning platform and the tactical execution of a new LMS migration. You will partner closely with platform leadership to manage timelines, document requirements, and ensure the new system is thoroughly tested prior to launch. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, creative, and global partners to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, validate fixes, and maintain detailed documentation such as platform playbooks, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for platform escalations, support content creators by troubleshooting publishing issues, manage day-to-day publishing workflows, and analyze platform usage metrics to report on system health and performance.
