This role serves as astrategic enterprise leader responsible for shaping and elevating the most important risk and compliance topicsfor senior leadership consideration. ThePrincipalstewards'enterprise standards, narratives, and reporting frameworks that translate complex compliance, risk, and performance information intoclear,decision readyinsightsfor executive andofficer levelforums. The Governance and Strategy Principalproactivelyshapethe enterprise risk and compliance agenda,anticipatingemerging risks, regulatory changes, andcross functionaldependencies to ensure leadership focusremainson material risks and strategic outcomes. The role leads theRisk and Compliance Committee (RCC)as a key governance forum to surface, frame, andalign onpriority issues requiring leadership awareness or decision. Through close partnership with Electric Operations, Wildfire, Engineering, and other functions, thePrincipalsynthesizes diverse inputs into cohesive,enterprise levelnarratives, supporting alignment, leadership confidence, andtimelydecision making. Through these contributions, the role advances enterprise learning and transparency and reinforces a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The selected candidate must live within PG&E's service territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $132,000.00 Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $179,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $226,000.00 Minimum Base Salary (California) $125,000.00 Mid Base Salary (California) $170,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (California) $215,000.00 Responsibilities Forum Leadership & Facilitation
