Director, Finance (Acutes) plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations across multiple locations/facilities within Main Line Health. They are responsible for driving financial performance, managing budgeting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to regional leadership. In this role you will lead financial planning and analysis activities for the region, oversee the development, implementation, and management of the annual budgeting process and lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations.

10 plus years of progressive experience in finance or accounting in healthcare required, 5 years in a leadership role required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required, Master's degree in Finance, MBA preferred.
