Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Up to 25 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Working as Part-time Third Party Logistics, you will be responsible for the coordination of all transportation and logistics operations for customer owned products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Coordinating transportation and logistics for customers' products

o Maintaining direct contact with customers by phone or email

o Maintaining files, documents and paperwork

o Complying with safety regulations

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Prior administrative/customer service experience OR have industry experience and product knowledge

o Proficient written and oral communication skills

o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Comply with the Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate through vaccination or approved exemption prior to the start of employment (applicable in the US ONLY)

o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
