Make it happen at Hopkins Join Our Team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital - Bloomberg 10S PRN Single Unit ( RN) The Johns Hopkins Hospital- Bloomberg 10 South is a general care pediatric medical/surgical unit that cares for patients ranging in age from infancy to early adulthood. The medical patients on the unit may have such diagnoses as: asthma, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, renal failure and seizures. The surgical patients are a variety of different services including: Orthopedics, ENT, General Pediatric Surgery, Genitourinary Surgery, Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery. The unit is also the Pediatric Burn Unit for the region. Burn victims from infancy through the age of 14 are admitted to the unit. The unit includes four beds designated as the Pediatric EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit). Learn more about our benefits here. https://jhh.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ Position Details: Role: Pediatrics New Grad Registered Nurse Shifts: 12-hour day shift/ PRN Qualifications: BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program preferred. Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and completing the degree within five years. Active Maryland or Compact RN license required. BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted). RN experience required Salary Range: Minimum 51.52/hour - Maximum 51.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
