We are seeking an energetic and strategic Associate Program Manager, Sales to support and manage our early career initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in sales and a passion for developing early career talent. As the Associate Program Manager, Sales, you will lead the Atlanta Foundation Team, directly impacting Infor's talent pipeline by developing early career sales professionals. You will coordinate internship and new graduate programs, serve as a mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align early talent strategies with business goals. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Manage day-to-day operations of internship and early career programs, including onboarding, training, and performance feedback Serve as a coach and advisor to early career hires, helping them navigate their transition into the workforce Partner with Sales, HR, and Enablement teams to align early talent development with sales readiness and business priorities Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to support recruiting efforts Support campus recruiting events, workshops, and branding initiatives Track and analyze program data to measure success and identify areas for improvement Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all early talent initiatives Basic Qualifications: Previous professional experience in sales Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience Previous experience coordinating an internship or early career program Previous experience in software sales About Infor Infor is where ambition meets impact.
