Price Profile Manager

Position Overview
The Price Matrix Manager will serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for price matrices. This role will also play a critical role in advancing strategic initiatives such as pricing attributes and product hierarchy harmonization. This role will report into the Propelis Commercial Operations/Finance team, supporting all LOBs and regions.

Key Responsibilities



  • Act as primary point of contact and Operations SME for Client Service/Commercial teams on price profile setup, maintenance, and governance.
  • Review and approve price matrix changes, ensuring accurate data inputs, adherence to standards, and alignment across systems and lines of business.
  • Establish audit routines and reporting to proactively monitor data integrity, matrix usage, and compliance with contracted terms (e.g., annual price adjustments).
  • Lead the pricing attribute initiative and play a key role in integration of legacy SGK and SGS pricing matrices, including implementation of the harmonized product hierarchy.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could lead to bad data, revenue leakage, or inconsistent pricing practices.
  • Support pricing analytics and benchmarking to inform more effective and data-driven RFP proposals.


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience with MySGS required; Experience in past SGS Project Manager role strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc.) with experience analyzing large datasets to uncover insights and resolve issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of improving data accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Highly organized, proactive problem solver with a proven track record of building sustainable processes that reduce errors and improve workflows.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator; able to collaborate across functions, levels, and global locations.



Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,125.00 USD - $100,167.00 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
