POSITION SUMMARYThis role is a new position being added to our Corporate Data and Analytics team. The Director of Product Management is a senior leader responsible for setting the strategic direction of multiple product and UX teams or an entire product portfolio. This role ensures product strategy aligns with company vision and drives innovation, growth, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal location for this role would be Appleton, WI, however, we will consider hybrid and/or remote options depending on relevancy of candidate experience. This role will require will require regular travel to Appleton (approximately 20%). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and communicate product and UX vision, strategy, and goals at the organizational level.
  • Lead and develop product and UX leadership talent across multiple teams.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and executive leadership to drive execution and delivery.
  • Oversee prioritization and portfolio management to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a strong product and UX culture focused on customer value, research-driven decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between product, design, and engineering strategies.

  • Represent product and UX strategy at the executive level.
  • Shape investment priorities and influence company strategy.
  • Champion scalable product and UX processes, frameworks, and governance.
  • Drive alignment between product experience vision and long-term platform or product ecosystem goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 10+ years of product management and UX leadership experience with significant organizational responsibility.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale product and UX strategy across multiple domains or platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
  • Experience building and scaling multidisciplinary product and design organizations.

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise or platform product strategy.
  • Track record of driving significant revenue or customer growth through product and experience innovation.
