Graduate Engineer I, Structural

Halff has an open position for a Graduate Engineer I, Structural in our Fort Worth, TX location. This position is for a new graduate or individual with 0 to 2 year of experience in Structural Engineering interested in working on building and bridge design projects. This opportunity offers an excellent career development opportunity for someone looking to grow with Halff, with potential for not only business and personal growth, but ownership in the firm.

What you will do:



  • Design part or all of projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, retaining walls, and vehicular bridges
  • Review contractor submittals during construction
  • Work under the guidance of senior staff
  • Attend meeting with clients as well as in-house engineers and architects
  • Provide CAD assistance when necessary



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Civil or Architectural engineering with a Structural emphasis
  • Passed FE exam or can within 6 months of starting position
  • Up to 2 years of experience on Structural projects is a plus
  • Microstation, Revit or AutoCAD training is a plus
  • December 2025 & May 2026 graduates encouraged to apply
