Graduate Engineer I, Structural

Halff has an open position for a Graduate Engineer I, Structural in our Fort Worth, TX location. This position is for a new graduate or individual with 0 to 2 year of experience in Structural Engineering interested in working on building and bridge design projects. What you will do:

• Design part or all of projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, retaining walls, and vehicular bridges
• Review contractor submittals during construction
• Work under the guidance of senior staff
• Attend meeting with clients as well as in-house engineers and architects
• Provide CAD assistance when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Civil or Architectural engineering with a Structural emphasis
• Passed FE exam or can within 6 months of starting position
• Up to 2 years of experience on Structural projects is a plus
• Microstation, Revit or AutoCAD training is a plus
• December 2025 & May 2026 graduates encouraged to apply
