Position Summary

The Revenue Cycle Billing Manager is responsible for the operational effectiveness, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of healthcare billing and revenue cycle activities. This role provides hands-on leadership across billing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant claim submission and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and oversee day-to-day healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and contractual requirements
  • Manage, coach, and develop billing team members
  • Monitor and report revenue cycle KPIs
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues
  • Ability to manage multiple EMR systems
  • Support system enhancements and payer changes


Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of healthcare billing/RCM experience required
  • Home health or post-acute billing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business is a plus
  • Leadership experience managing billing teams
  • Strong Excel and billing system proficiency
