What You Will Do to Change Lives

In the Conditional Release Program (CONREP), we believe that recovery is possible even in the most complex circumstances. As a Forensic Clinician, you aren't just providing therapy; you are a vital bridge between the court system and the community. You will support individuals whose mental health led to legal challenges, helping them navigate their "Conditions of Release" while providing the clinical tools they need to stay safe and independent.




  • Multidisciplinary Mastery: Work alongside a team of experts to provide individual and group treatment, case management, and crisis intervention.



  • Forensic Specialist: Gain rare, high-level experience in forensic mental health-from onsite treatment to providing expert witness testimony in court.



  • Clinical Excellence: You'll hold members accountable while building the skills they need to thrive, ensuring that clinical progress and public safety go hand-in-hand.



  • Professional Launchpad: This role is designed for clinicians who want to master complex cases and develop a sophisticated clinical identity.




Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm | Full-Time

Expected starting wage range is $83,500 - $103,000.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • One (1) year experience providing forensic services, and one (1) year experience providing mental health services to individuals
  • Current registration in California as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC, etc.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.


  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.


  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.(weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
