Your Tasks:

As a member of the Miltenyi Biotec team, you will work independently and in partnership with Clinical Applications Managers to support the CliniMACS portfolio in both the GE (Graft Engineering) and CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy) markets. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless pre and post-sales support to our clients, enabling them to maximize the utility of our cutting-edge CliniMACS and GMP portfolios.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Including product demo and technical presentations.
  • Conduct on-site trainings for clients, ensuring proper setup and utilization of CliniMACS Prodigy systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests from clients, providing timely and effective resolutions including Troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site, collaborating with internal tech support teams as needed to resolve complex issues
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of CliniMACS systems.
  • Distribute CliniMACS Prodigy software release notes and advise customers on upgrade feasibility which could include corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical resource.
  • Gather feedback from clients regarding product performance and user experience and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Along with the CAMS, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs and usage patterns.
  • Coordinate seamless communication among Technical Support, Field Service Engineers, and customers to address clinical complaints efficiently.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Engineering), and 5 years of sales related experience; master's degree and 3 years of sales related experience.
  • Preferred experience in cell and gene therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of cellular therapy and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and evidence of insurance/insurability.

Work Environment:

This job is performed in a variety of facilities. Each person performing this job must have a home office environment. This job requires the person to be mobile to visit customer sites. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $110,954/year - $130,534/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

In addition to the base salary, the role is also eligible to participate in our broader compensation package, which includes performance-based incentives. The total compensation of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or car allowance.
