Your Tasks: As a member of the Miltenyi Biotec team, you will work independently and in partnership with Clinical Applications Managers to support the CliniMACS portfolio in both the GE (Graft Engineering) and CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy) markets. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless pre and post-sales support to our clients, enabling them to maximize the utility of our cutting-edge CliniMACS and GMP portfolios. This job is performed in a variety of facilities. Each person performing this job must have a home office environment. This job requires the person to be mobile to visit customer sites. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature. The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $110,954/year - $130,534/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the role is also eligible to participate in our broader compensation package, which includes performance-based incentives. The total compensation of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or car allowance.
