Overview
M365 Copilot growth is one of the most strategically important investments at Microsoft, and the clarity and efficiency of our operation is paramount to our success.As a Principal Product Manager in the E+D Growth team, you will lead modernization of theM365 CopilotGrowthRhythm of Business (ROB) for the division-drivingclarity,customer focus,automation,and efficiency acrossourprocesses. Your mission is to shiftteam'senergy from creating collateral to focusing on critical thinking, customer success,and outcome-oriented execution. You will design systems that automate generation of scorecards, funnel views, and executive updates; all whileensuring insightsremainfresh and actionable with minimal manual lift. This role requires a deep understanding and curiosity of how AI technologies can modernize how we work. Our goal is toleverageour own AI products to build workflows that we can take to our customers as an example of how Microsoft uses its own AI technologies to modernize our operations. You will have visibility at the most senior levels of what we canaccomplish; and, where we fall short, we will live our growth mindset values and improve until we deliver a breakthrough. This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities * Drive automation of ROB processes and collateral generation.
* Partner with product teams to set and achieve Copilot growth targets. * Integrate data science and research to createunified, customer centric funnelviews. * Standardize dashboards and reporting for executive reviews. *Leverage AI to design and automate our processes to create case studies for sharing with external customers. Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
