You will be instrumental in executing complex data transfers, identifying and resolving critical issues, and optimizing workflows that underpin our client's vast mobile ecosystem. Your work will directly enhance connectivity and operational fluidity for thousands of users, making a tangible impact on daily business functions.

**What You'll Do:**

* Execute and meticulously review the migration of existing mobile device fleets from one major carrier to another, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity.

* Proactively identify, investigate, and correct any failed migrations, employing a disciplined approach to problem resolution.

* Manage the configuration and transition of mobile devices, utilizing specialized tools and methods to facilitate smooth transfers.

* Provide technical assistance by troubleshooting error codes and developing effective solutions for complex issues.

* Analyze various reports and dashboards to detect anomalies in expected processes and conduct thorough investigations into discrepancies.

* Process and reprocess large datasets (e.g., in spreadsheet and text formats) through multiple tools and workflows to ensure successful project completion.

* Support team growth initiatives and assist in managing workload by taking on key responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment.

* Document issues seen with meticulous detail, emphasizing clear communication of findings to the team.

* Adapt to evolving business requirements, with potential for expanding responsibilities as project needs change.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

* 2-4 years of applicable professional experience in a technical role.

* Demonstrated organizational skills, with a proven ability to validate work against data to ensure execution accuracy.

* A disciplined approach to following instructions, preventing errors, and meticulously documenting issues.

* A curious mindset, eager to investigate errors, understand root causes, and ask "why" to drive effective solutions.

* Basic understanding of SQL/Database language syntax and fundamental coding skills.

* Familiarity with analyzing system logs and understanding of Call Flows/API Flows for effective debugging.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in Python and JSON.

* Background in mobile device sales or provisioning, with an understanding of carrier activation processes.

This is an hourly hybrid position in Warren, Mi. Candidates must currently be local to the area and eligitble to work in the United States without a sponsorship.
