This is a remote position that will start as a 4 month engagement that could extend up to 18 months.

What You'll Do

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operational excellence of our technical environment. You will lead the triage process for technical issues, coordinate efforts across engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement in our operational workflows. This is an opportunity to leverage your program management skills in a fast-paced, operations-driven setting, directly contributing to the stability and scalability of our core technical services.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage daily technical triage processes and the lifecycle of operational tickets within advanced ticketing systems.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards and support development efforts, adapting to evolving data and process requirements.
  • Oversee critical cloud compute requirement workflows, ensuring efficient handling of dedicated and non-standard technical items.
  • Interface with technical and business stakeholders, addressing issues from project initiation through delivery.
  • Drive program and project schedules, prepare status reports, and ensure timely communication.
  • Create and review functional specifications to inform decision-making on technical implementation strategies.
  • Provide technical and analytical insights to product and unit managers.
  • Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Support process improvement initiatives related to technical configurations and operational efficiency.


Qualifications



  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience with cloud engineering background.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with ticketing systems (preferably ADO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI
  • Minimum 3 years experience with Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams
  • Demonstrated experience in technical program management or engineering change management.
  • Proven ability to manage and operate within a cloud compute environment.
  • Extensive experience with ticketing systems and lifecycle management tools.
  • A strong understanding of cloud engineering principles.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, operations-driven technical environment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Proficiency in reporting and development, particularly with business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with advanced technical ticketing systems.
  • Software development experience (e.g., Python) to support automation and business intelligence workflows.
