Creative Project Management is the internal creative agency engine, linking all functions, and managing work flows end-to-end to deliver all campaigns and initiatives with excellence. Associate Creative Project Managers work closely with Project Managers, Account

Management, Creative, and Production daily to ensure that projects are moving seamlessly through the system and that anticipated challenges are addressed early.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with your connected Account Manager on project intake and ensure that resources are appropriately assigned, and jobs are opened in Workfront.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, ensuring Account, Creative and Production are aligned and kept abreast of key milestones, timeline shifts and changes in deliverables.
  • Support the execution of creative work across media channels (digital, print) and ensure timelines reflect the nuances of each deliverable type.
  • Guide projects from beginning to end and be a "go-to" person on project status.
  • Ensure project milestones are updated in Workfront as projects progress through the agency.
  • Own and run internal status meetings and documents to ensure clarity of weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Call out scheduling, resourcing, or other potential challenges well in advance and offer solutions to the Account Manager and creative team.
  • Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have the information and assets needed to get the job done. Ensure that the teams are working toward key timing milestones.
  • Liaise with the Account Manager and Creative Business Affairs to ensure work is being routed to appropriate partners while in development (legal, trademark, Corp Comms, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of project management experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative group or relevant work experience.
  • Must have experience with Site, CRM and/or Ecommerce.
  • Experience supporting projects of various sizes, preferably creative based.

Behaviors:

  • High accountability - a successful Creative Project Manager will "own" their projects from intake to completion.
  • Presence & urgency - brings a sense of presence to the meetings they attend and the emails they write while also showing urgency with the consistency and speed with which they respond to others.
  • Servant leader - able to lead project teams and hold team members accountable while understanding they aren't decision makers on the creative work.
  • Solutions-oriented - creative problem solver that overcomes hurdles with a sense of calm.
  • Relationship manager - skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and peers at all levels.
  • Master negotiator - understands the levers to pull when developing and managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
  • Ownership - the right candidate will be the foundation and driving force for the campaign and project team.
  • Can run blind - with significant variability across initiatives, this person must be able to move the ball forward through discovery, trial and error, little background info, and minimal everyday handholding.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.00/hr to $48.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
