We are looking for an Operations Analyst for a one-year hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. You will serve as the support for Airtable and tool building for a handful of teams. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex

data architecture and day-to-day workflow efficiency by building scalable systems that provide clear visibility into team capacity and portfolio data. You will be an architect for our client's Airtable ecosystem, responsible for everything from high-level

portfolio structure and custom interface design to provide hands-on database support for multiple teams. Beyond technical builds, you are a strategic thinker and excellent communicator who will co-lead the enterprise-wide rollout and training for our client's custom Knowledge Populator tool, ensuring our teams are empowered with the standardized reporting and automated processes they need to deliver world-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

Workload & Capacity Management



  • Lead the development, process, and collection of centralized workload distribution processes across all functional teams.


Reporting & Data Visualization



  • Design and implement standardized reporting frameworks for functional teams.
  • Provide hands-on support to functional teams in preparing reports and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making.


Portfolio & Systems Architecture



  • Architect and maintain complex Airtable ecosystems, including multi-base structures and scalable data models.
  • Provide database management support to multiple teams, focusing on data accuracy and quarterly workload distribution preparation.


Database & Interface Management



  • Build and train others to use intuitive Airtable interfaces using Interface Designer to create custom, user-friendly experiences for functional teams


Tool Rollout & Enablement



  • Lead the client's Innovation rollout of the custom Knowledge Populator tool, serving as the primary lead for adoption
  • Develop training materials (e.g., documentation, videos, or modules) and deliver live sessions to ensure successful team onboarding and enterprise-wide adoption


Qualifications:

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field


Experience:



  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in operational management, process improvement, or systems architecture roles


Technical Proficiency:



  • High proficiency in Airtable (Interface Designer, automations, and complex data modeling).
  • Proficient in the collaborative and project management tool Miro


Operational Skills:



  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus on new processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and a results-oriented approach to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership over data integrity and accuracy


Communication:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to organize, prioritize, and articulate complex information to diverse audiences
