Program Analyst LOCATION: Egg Harbor Township, NJ JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: Secret TRAVEL: As Needed Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst located at the Federal Aviation Administration in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Must be flexible in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, competing priorities, and unpredictable events

- Familiar with and able to present data and recommendations to a large audience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- A Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required, with at least 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with management of tactical and strategic communications, marketing, and development of work products
- FAA experience highly desired
- Project Management knowledge is a prerequisite for this role
- Experience working with executives and senior management required
- Exceptional customer relationship management highly desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management role with oversight of multiple task orders or a single program and multiple staff members
- Responsible for all Project Management activities, including overall assignment of work, management of personnel, quality control, customer satisfaction, and performance tracking and reporting
- Responsible for management of resources, risk management, some contract management reporting, and management of task order leads
- Responsible for annual performance reviews and employee development
- Ensures that projects are fully controlled, that goals and objectives are set, responsibility is assigned, and results are documented
- Interfaces with Government customers, Labor representatives, TORs, and other agency representatives
- Participates in projects from the planning stage, provides additional or missing materials, and edits, organizes, and formats content for clarity, flow, and integrity
- Develops and finalizes external and high-visibility work products for the directorate, while ensuring high quality deliverables are completed on time and with customer satisfaction
- Responsible for assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work
- Disseminates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
- HSI Management team support required
- Develops and analyzes monthly reports
- Manages the schedule and budget, along with task order period of performance
- Some travel may be required
- Ad-hoc support as required
