In this role, you will be responsible for leading/directing the estimation and assembly of the rubberline fleet. These estimates must meet customer, regulatory and company standards including safety, quality and cost. Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and supervises shift production in accordance with priority goals and availability of resources of the Pre-work, Inspection & Repair departments. Performs in-process quality audits to ensure the accuracy of the car estimate. Ensures the proper technique is being followed per standard work instructions. Ensures adequate and quality workmanship is achieved at both the inbound and outbound inspection stages, as well as the mock-up/final assembly of all Rubber Line components, including inspection of work performed by the on-site rubber applicator & repair contract shop.

Posting Duration This posting will remain open until the role is filled. As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: Min USD $68,600.00/Yr. Max USD $79,000.00/Yr. This role may be eligible to participate in the Company's short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire. This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs. | |||||||
