ONLY US CITIZENS OR PERMANENT GREEN CARD HOLDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION POSITION SUMMARY: This hands-on position will work between Engineering/Design and Production to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and design intent for the projects. This includes being responsible for designing and detailing parts, components and/or complete mechanical or hydraulic assemblies, weldments, formed and fabricated components and may also focus on electrical assemblies. This position will also be responsible for product reliability, safety, continuous improvement, and quality, for product developed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS: The employee must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form. To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee must have excellent written and oral communication skills. This includes being able to read and write instructions, correspondence, letters and memos, and to converse with staff, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner. The ability to professionally and comfortably interact with all levels of personnel (including shop, management, supervisory, etc.) is vital. The employee will work closely with personnel in the Engineering Department to ensure accuracy of work and problem resolution related to component and product designs.
