Position Overview The HR Data Analyst will support the HR, Member Services, and Patient Assistance Line (PALS) teams, reporting directly to the SVP of Human Resources. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to enhance organizational efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS platforms, and advanced Excel capabilities. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain HR dashboards for headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics. * Perform labor modeling and trend analysis to support workforce planning. * Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and Finance. * Conduct market compensation analysis and maintain accurate position management data. * Optimize HR systems and reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and automation improvements. * Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) for data analysis and visualization. * Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistent data usage and definitions. * Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. * 2-4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS analytics, or similar data roles. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, Power Query). * Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: * Knowledge of HR data structures, job classification, and compensation practices. * Certifications such as HRIP or SHRM-CP.
