Position Summary:
The Lead Microsoft 365 Specialist provides advanced technical leadership and hands-on experience across Boston Children's Hospital's Microsoft technologies, such as the Microsoft 365 toolkit, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, Viva suite, AI and automation. This lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and providing operational support for enterprise collaboration platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that enhance user adoption, productivity, and user experience. Acts as a liaison between the BHC's operations, Microsoft, and internal technical teams to drive product strategy, inform the roadmaps, and SOPs for M365. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, a strong understanding of compliance and platform dependencies, and a commitment to operational excellence, enhanced user adoption, and user enablement. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
