What to Expect The Manager, Operations and Engineeringwillbe responsible for Operations and Engineering of Battery Structure at GigaFactory Nevada. This role will oversee the operation of automated welding and E-coat painting of Battery Structure (Enclosures and Top Covers), focusing on safety, build plan attainment, quality, cost efficiency,and team leadership while driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The successful candidatepossessesa strong Operations and Engineering background that will not only lead by example but also performancemanagethe team where needed to generate the highest value from every employee, strive to create an environment that is productive, encourage open communication, and foster a collaborative environment that is exciting and fun.
