Residential Counselor - Springfield, PA

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a Valid Drivers License with a clean record
• One year of metal health experience with adults preferred.

We are seeking a PT Fri/Sat 11pm-7am Residential Counselor to join our team at our program in our Springfield, PA (Delaware County).

The Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.
