What to Expect
This personwillbe responsible forbuilding, reworking, andmaintainingservice and installation tooling for commercial and residential energy products. They mustpossess proficiencyin sheet metal work and the ability to train others. Additionally, they willassistwith tool fulfillment by managing inventory, ordering parts, and coordinating withthefieldteam on open requests.
What You'll Do
- Lead prototype fabrication workstream - sourcing of parts, fabrication, and then testing
BuildMechanical & Electrical tooling assemblies & subassemblies &carry outvalidation Lead field trials of prototype tools and procedures Carry out RCA on faulty incoming tools from the field Establish andmaintaina positiverapportwith supervisors from multiple areas, as this position works closely withmultiple engineers fromdifferent backgrounds Manage inventory of tools - handle purchase orders and ensurestock inventory General shop maintenance & upkeep-Maintaina clean and organized work environment

Expected Compensation
$30.50 - $38.85/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
