What to Expect
Tesla is searching for an exceptional Project Manager to support Workforce Development across our North American factories. We are seeking an organized and strategic Project Manager to join our Recruiting team with excellent business development skills with internal and external stakeholders. This role will oversee the end-to-end project management of recruitment initiatives, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will excel in working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, implementing processes, enhance recruiting efforts, and handling grant-related activities to support programs. This role can be based in Fremont, CA or Sparks, NV.
What You'll Do
- External Partnerships:Outreach, build and develop external partnerships to align with recruiting initiatives and workforce development programs. Support business development with partners while working with internal teams to identify and meet business goals
- Program Management: End-to-end support building program from discovery, design and plan to launch. This includes working with business partners to identify need and strategize full program support, including all resources needed
- Program Expansion: Support program growth across North American factories. Support resources needed to scale and expand existing programs
- Project Planning and Execution:Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet expectations
- Data and Reporting:Track project progress, analyze recruiting goals/metrics to create efficient reporting to provide quarterly updates to leadership
- Grant Management and Reporting:Support sourcing, writing, application and compliance for grant management
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or 3-5 years of project management experience, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets and timelines
- Excellent business development skills
- Experience with grant management or administration is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with ATS/HROS platforms
- Ability to travel to all North American factories and business events as required
- Presentation/public speaking experience as brand ambassador in front of audiences of various volume and stakeholders

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
