Full Stack Lead Developer Boston, MA Salary From: $190,000 per year MUST: Experienced Full Stack lead developer Lead Experience 10 plus years of professional experience 5 plus years of engineering: excellent docs, tests & clean interfaces Must have experience with building complex, distributed systems with real users and uptime requirements. Backend/Data: APIs, ETL Frontend: UI/UX Search/Analytics: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, schema design, relevance tuning. Experience with Design resilient architectures DUTIES: Build core services and features, from design to deploy. Evolve a modern stack (Python/Django + Spark, TypeScript/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch) for scale, performance, stability, and observability. Work with product, design, and customer teams Partner with DevSecOps on deployments and architecture.
