Key Responsibilities



  • Lead monitoring and testing activities for FERC Tariff requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support audit preparation and internal reviews to maintain audit readiness.
  • Design tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance and transparency.
  • Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations.
  • Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work using AI technology.



Qualifications



  • Certifications: NERC RC, CCEP, or risk management credentials (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Compliance experience with FERC/NERC regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer).
  • Interest in AI, automation, and analytics in a regulated environment.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000-110,000, USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
