As a Project Coordinator in our San Diego office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Here's why we need you: In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards. You will be wearing multiple tasks for this new growing office, to include office management, track project deliverables and Construction Administration items, maintain document control standards for projects, coordinate and plan office activities and events, on-boarding and training new hires on office standards and marketing activity support. This is a hybrid role, (working on-site/wfh). Expertise of our most successful Project Coordinator:
Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
