We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers supporting the manufacturing processes within our facility. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring the engineering efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.


Responsibilities



  • Plan, coordinate and implement continuous improvements activities to improve key performance indicators (contribution, on-time, cost of quality, incident rate, net efficiency, safety, ect)
  • Develop and administer capital budgets for Engineering.
  • Training for Manufacturing Engineers in processes and equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate new product introductions and product enhancements to meet project margins, costs and introduction dates.
  • Direct internal and external resources to resolve field or quality concerns.
  • Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned product lines, ensuring production meets quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
  • Oversee and approve engineering change notifications (CNs) and change requests (CRs) within Windchill to ensure accurate documentation and timely implementation of design and process changes.



What you Need to Succeed



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Preferred 5 years of relatable work experience in engineering or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to manage engineering teams with strong coaching skills
