Description Warehouse Lead. Own the Shift. Keep Product Moving. Set the Standard. If you've spent time on a warehouse floor, you know this truth: Everything works, or fails, in the warehouse. PAC is looking for a Warehouse Lead who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing and distribution environment. Someone who knows inventory is not just boxes on racks - it's customer trust, production flow, and team accountability. This role is hands-on. You'll lead by example, keep people safe, inventory accurate, and orders moving out the door the right way. Every time. What You'll Be Trusted With As a Warehouse Lead, you're the go-to on your shift. You will: Lead, train, and monitor Warehouse Associates to meet daily expectations Own shift execution: shipping, receiving, accuracy, flow, and pace Ensure every order is checked, verified, and shipped correctly Enforce FIFO practices so inventory moves the way it should Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including RF scanning and put-away Communicate with internal teams and carriers via phone, email, and in person Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Step in where needed to support other Leads, Supervisors, and production teams Operate a forklift and understand the mechanics behind it Hold the line on quality, safety, and timeliness You'll be visible on the floor. This is not a desk job. What Success Looks Like Orders leave accurate and on time Inventory is controlled, organized, and flowing correctly Your team knows what's expected and how to deliver Safety isn't a slogan - it's how the shift runs Problems are caught early and handled fast What You Bring 1-3 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience Forklift certification Strong working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and FIFO Comfort using RF scanners and basic Microsoft Office tools Clear communication skills - able to read instructions, explain expectations, and follow through Attention to detail, urgency, and pride in doing it right Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and seasonal temperature changes Safety awareness is non-negotiable; hearing protection required Why This Role Matters The warehouse is where promises are kept or broken.
