Evisceration (Paws) Worker-Dept 213 - Cherry (Nights)

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Pull hearts and livers from the viscera and feed into the harvester.
2. Sort hearts and livers.
3. Place hearts/livers in the harvester to be cleaned by the rollers. After cleaned place hearts and livers into reservoir to be flumed to the dewatering table.
4. Clean and remove yellow skin on the gizzards.
5. Feed the gizzards into the gizzard rocker chiller to be treated.
6. Pre-grade paws after paw picking process.
7. After exiting chiller grade paws and separate them by A, B, & C grade.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/metal grate ergo stands or on the floor.
• Able to visually inspect product.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions 2 to 4 hours.
• Must be able to rotate to all positions.
• Able to work in a cold, warm, hot, or wet environment.
• Able to work around moving equipment.
