Summary
Leverages expertise in the energy market, economic development, and customer service to deliver compelling products, value propositions, and exceptional service to NYPA's partners and customers. Participates in strategic customer planning initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships. Supports Economic Development incentive programs by facilitating application and contract processes and onboarding new customers. Builds and maintains strategic business relationships with NYPA's economic development stakeholders and customers to promote organizational visibility, drive profitable growth, and advance clean energy solutions. Applies industry knowledge to help customers make informed decisions, anticipate future needs, and implement optimal solutions. Utilizes data analytics to assess customer performance, enhance stakeholder engagement, and uncover new business opportunities. Manages or has responsibilities across multiple disciplines within the Commercial Management job family. Supports development of economic development offerings, proposal templates, and new marketing collateral that incorporates existing NYPA branding and marketing materials. Understands and applies knowledge of various state programs and incentives. Develops, implements, and manages projects that support customer satisfaction and drive energy savings and/or GHG reductions. #LI-AE1 Responsibilities

Approximately 15% to 20% travel primarily within NY State The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $103,400. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
